Last night Matt Donnelly the Mind Noodler was the closing act of a variety show at the invitation-only Peacock Theater in Texas.
Headlined by comedian Dana Gould, the show also included circus performer Lilikoi Kaos, comedian Marcus Monroe, and ventriloquist Karl Herlinger.
The audience even got to watch ✨science✨ make Matt dematerialize:
The Peacock Theater is an intimate 100-seat private venue in Frisco, Texas created by Randy and Kristy Pitchford, who also own The Magic Castle. The Dallas Observer noted “The experience of watching a show in such a small, cozy space makes it seem bigger. The show can veer from hilarious to heartwarming in a matter of seconds, creating uproarious laughter and sudden silences that feel as delicate and breakable as a thin sheet of glass.”
The Pitchfords also host the performers in their home, creating a fun sense of community for the weekend. There are many opportunities to swap showbiz stories and build on one another’s humor and talents to make the show even greater than the sum of its performers.
And if you know someone who’s ever performed at The Peacock, make sure to ask them about their pin!
